 steps of the scientific method to discover the interesting mishaps that oc
 cur with communication. Come join Science Speaks Spokane and learn how wor
 d choice during instructions leads to unexpected outcomes. A demonstration
  AND active hands-on experiment will be provided for attendees. Participan
 ts will be provided with worksheets to take home and instructions on how t
 o do this experiment at home.</p>\n<p><strong>Children under age 9 should 
 have a caregiver to assist in the learning.&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><stron
 g>Children under 6 will be offered age-appropriate activities such as colo
