Oscar is a professional chef with 19+ years of experience in professiona l kitchens\, with a passion for using ingredients to their full potential in flavorful and nourishing ways. During the presentation\, Oscar will dem onstrate the vinaigrette portion while Mayra explains gallbladder function and the role of healthy fats in digestion and overall wellness.
