Over the past 30 years\, world traveler Jo hn Lynn has hiked\, biked\, and paddled across the United States in a 4000 -mile trek from the Pacific coast to the Atlantic Ocean. John will share t he first half of his journey from Cannon Beach\, Oregon\, to the Mississip pi River at Bemidji\, Minnesota. There will be a little hiking and a lot o f biking in Oregon\, Washington\, and Idaho\, mainly along the Columbia Ri ver and across the Bitterroot Mountains into Montana. Lost Trail and Lemhi Passes then lead to the Beaverhead and Jefferson Rivers and on to Three F orks\, Montana. From there\, it's paddling across Montana on the Upper Mis souri River to Williston\, North Dakota\, then biking across North Dakota and Minnesota to reach the Mississippi. \;
