Anybody who wants to purchase a rain barre l will be able to do so by visiting &ldquo\;Tinkers Creek Watershed Partners&rdquo\; website prior to the workshop. The purchased barrels will be available for pick up at the library on the day of the program. T here is no limit of attendees participating in the program\, however there is a limit of 15 barrels to be purchased. \;
