Join us for a Pathway to Success &ldquo\;A dulting&rdquo\; program designed to help teens learn more about the world of work.
\nThis one-hour event will feature an interactive Q&\;A panel where teens can ask local managers questions about topics such as jo b qualifications\, work ethic\, interview tips\, workplace expectations\, and how to gain experience even if it&rsquo\;s your first time applying fo r a job. Panelists will share their real-world experiences hiring and work ing with teens\, offering helpful advice and insight into what makes a str ong applicant.
\nThis is not a hiring event\, but rather a chance fo r teens to learn\, ask questions\, and better understand the hiring proces s in a relaxed and supportive environment. Whether you are thinking about getting your first job soon or just want to learn more about what employer s expect\, this program is a great opportunity to build confidence and pre pare for future employment.
\nLocal managers from several organizati ons will participate in the panel\, including representatives from Quileut e Enterprises\, NOLS Human Resources\, and Forks Outfitters. Teens are enc ouraged to bring their questions and take advantage of this opportunity to connect with professionals from their community and gain valuable advice about starting their career journey.
