 rong></span></p>\n<p>Geneva Public Library District is partnering with AAR
 P to offer its Smart Driver&trade\; Course. This classroom driving refresh
 er course\, designed for drivers aged 55+\, has assisted millions of matur
 e drivers to stay safe. The objective of the course is to help participant
 s drive more safely and therefore keep their licenses longer.&nbsp\;Topics
  include:</p>\n<p>--Understanding the normal effects of aging on driving a
 nd practical ways to compensate for those changes.<br />--Driving strategi
 es for the mature driver.<br />--Identifying the most common crash situati
 ons and how to avoid them.<br />--An update on the rules of the road\, veh
 icle accessories\, and local traffic hazards.</p>\n<p><span style="text-de
 coration: underline\;">This program will be offered at no charge to attend
 ees.</span></p>\n<p>This course now includes new videos and updated course
  content\, ensuring you will have the most up-to-date information. There a
 re no tests required to pass the course.</p>\n<p>This program is for 4 hou
 rs each day:</p>\n<p>Monday\, June 8 &bull\; 12:30&ndash\;4:30 p.m.</p>\n<
 p>Tuesday\, June 9 &bull\; 12:30&ndash\;4:30 p.m.</p>\n<p>Upon completion 
 of&nbsp\;both&nbsp\;sessions\, you may qualify for an insurance discount. 
 When registering\, please indicate if you are a member of AARP. Light refr
 eshments will be served both days\, or you may also bring your own snack.<
