 \n<li>Patrons on a waitlists will be notified as cancellations are made in
  advance of the program.</li>\n<li>Waitlist on day of program: Priority\, 
 based on arrival time will be given to online wait listed patrons. Walk-in
 s will be added to the existing wait list based on a first-come-first-basi
 s.</li>\n<li>Latecomers: Reservations will be held for 5 minutes after sta
 rt time unless you have called in advance.</li>\n<li><strong>Caregivers ar
 e required to remain in the Library at all times while their children are
