 area's best bike facilities\, the legal expectations for cyclists in Duval
  county\, and a crash course in basic bike maintenance for commuters and e
 nthusiasts alike.</p>\n<p><br />Useful for cyclists of every skill level\,
  this informational session will be full of helpful tips to keep you safe 
 and get you where you're going faster.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><br />Come out and l
 earn from Tanner Pletzke\, the Bicycle-Pedestrian Coordinator Jr. for the 
 City of Jacksonville's Transportation Planning Division.</p>\n<p><br />The
  Transportation Planning Division focuses on long range transportation&nbs
 p\;policy\, planning and development activities and is a key participant i
 n coordinating land use and transportation issues related to land developm
 ent in the City of Jacksonville.</p>\n<p><br />Life Labs are free workshop
 s offered by trained professionals and volunteers that focus on improving 
 your day-to-day life. These programs cover a wide range of workshops from 
 gardening to small business needs. No need to bring anything but yourself 
 to participate!</p>\n<p>Register to save your seat. Registration must be c
 ompleted two hours prior to the start time. A library card and PIN are req
 uired for registration. If you do not already have one\, <a href="https://
 jaxpubliclibrary.org/services/get-library-card">you can apply for a librar
 y card online</a>.</p>\n<p>All registered seats will be forfeited at 5 min
 utes before the program start time and made available to waitlisted and wa
 lk-in attendees. Registered attendees arriving after this time will be sea
