 y about returning to school &mdash\; new teachers\, new routines\, social 
 pressures\, and academic expectations can all feel overwhelming. Join Mont
 gomery County&rsquo\;s Behavioral Health Navigators for a free community w
 orkshop designed to help parents and caregivers support their children thr
 ough this seasonal transition. We&rsquo\;ll talk about recognizing signs o
 f back-to-school anxiety\, practical strategies for easing schedule and ro
 utine changes\, how to open conversations with your child about their worr
 ies\, and when &mdash\; and how &mdash\; to connect with additional behavi
 oral health support if needed.&nbsp\; Complimentary coffee generously prov
 ided by Kefa Cafe.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This program has a maximum of 30 partici
