 ointment-based programs are available for <strong>GPLD cardholders only</s
 trong>.&nbsp\;One appointment per person per month. Materials and guidance
  provided by the library.</p>\n<p>Appointments for this project are availa
 ble between <strong>August 03\, 2026\, and August 21\, 2026\,</strong>&nbs
 p\;during weekdays. Follow the steps to make an appointment:</p>\n<ol>\n<l
 i>Click on 'Register'</li>\n<li>Select a date and time that is convenient 
 for you</li>\n<li>Insert your contact information into the maker form</li>
 \n<li>In the drop-down menu under "How can we help\," choose "Project of t
 he Month"</li>\n<li>In the final required notes\, question type in "<stron
 g>tote bag</strong>"</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Photography Policy: By attending Libr
 ary programs\, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images
  and recordings may be used for promotional materials such&nbsp\;as the Li
