 g>About the Program Series:</strong></p>\n<p>In this ongoing series\, loca
 l chefs will prepare a budget-friendly\, seasonal dish with fresh produce 
 from the Summit Lake Neighborhood Farmers' Market and/or Let's Grow Akron 
 Community Farm Market. This series focuses on local\, seasonal eating\, hi
 ghlighting its benefits: better affordability\, higher nutrient retention\
 , lower environmental impact\, and superior flavor. Supporting local growe
 rs also strengthens the economy.</p>\n<p>Each class includes a 30-minute c
 ooking demonstration\, 15 minutes for Q&amp\;A\, and 15 minutes of informa
 tion on local farmers' markets and nutrition incentives. Details about the

 p\;food kits\, including the ingredients needed to prepare the seasonal di
 sh\, will be available starting at&nbsp\;<strong>noon the day prior to the
  event&nbsp\;at the</strong>&nbsp\;<strong>Kenmore Branch Library</strong>
 &nbsp\;while supplies last.</p>\n<p>Food kits are limited to the&nbsp\;<em
 >first 10 people</em>&nbsp\;to claim them in person during the pick-up tim
 e. These cannot be reserved and are limited to one per person.</p>\n<p>Foo
 d kits are sponsored by&nbsp\;The Friends of the Kenmore Branch Library.</
