2. Stories must be about you \, or at least involve you heavily as a major part in the story.
3. S tories only: no rants\, stand-up routines\, monologues or poems. A story h as a beginning\, middle and end\, and some change and/or conflict occurs.< br />4. Stories must be "PG-13" or family friendly
5. Stories must be told in 5 minutes or less
