 s team\, Rocket Robotics\, is excited to offer a free\, 3-week coding cour
 se for middle &amp\; high school students\, designed to introduce beginner
 s to the fundamentals of programming and spark interest in programming and
  robotics. This hands-on course will cover the fundamentals of coding usin
 g one of the most popular programming languages\, Python. Students will re
 ceive guided instruction over the 6 session course which will help them un
 derstand key concepts (such as basic Python syntax\, control structures li
 ke loops and if statements\, working with arrays\, creating reusable metho
 ds) and get set up to further advance their coding skills.</p>\n<p>Experie
 nced high school mentors will guide the participants\, providing personali
 zed support and encouragement. With each session building on the last\, st
 udents will not only gain a solid foundation in Python programming that th
 ey can apply in robotics and other coding projects\, but also the confiden
 ce to explore further in the world of technology and robotics. Whether you
 're new to coding or looking to strengthen your skills\, this course will 
 provide a supportive and engaging environment to get started with Python.<
 /p>\n<p>Students are encouraged to come to all 6 sessions but are also wel
 come to sign up for as many or as few as possible.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Students
  may bring their own laptop computers\, if possible\, but laptops will be 
 available for student use during the course if not!</p>\n<p>Course runs Ju
 ne 9-July 14. Registration required -- limited to 15 students.</p>\n<p><st

 hin the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL pro
 gram under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending
