X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>The Open Heart Women&rsquo\;s Group is a w
elcoming\, supportive space designed to foster genuine connection\, self-e
xpression\, and meaningful community among women. The purpose of the group
is to create an environment where participants feel seen\, heard\, and va
lued.</p>\n<p>Each gathering begins with a brief guided meditation (approx
imately 10 minutes) to help participants relax\, center themselves\, and b
 ecome present. This is followed by &ldquo\;open heart journaling\,&rdquo\;
where a gentle prompt is offered and participants write freely and sponta
neously for a set period.</p>\n<p>After journaling\, participants are invi
ted (but never required) to share what they have written. This sharing is
done in a respectful\, non-judgmental space where listening is emphasized
as much as speaking. The process of expressing thoughts on paper and\, if
desired\, sharing them aloud allows participants to feel truly seen while
also deepening their understanding of others.</p>\n<p>The remainder of the
time allows for continued sharing\, reflection\, and natural conversation
\, helping to build authentic connections and friendships over time.</p>\n
<p>This is a free\, inclusive group open to all women\, and it is not affi
liated with any business\, religious organization\, or political group. No
prior writing or meditation experience is necessary.</p>\n<p>By attending
library programs\, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/video
s taken at our locations that may be used in promotional materials includi
ng social media.</p>\n<p>We strive to make events welcoming for people of
 all abilities.&nbsp\;To request accommodations (i.e. hearing assistance\,
