 ources.</p>\n<p>This first session will introduce general behavioral healt
 h services and explore topics including depression awareness and suicide p
 revention. Participants will learn about available supports\, how to recog
 nize when someone may benefit from additional help\, and ways to access ca
 re for themselves or loved ones.</p>\n<p>This program is intended to creat
 e a respectful\, non-judgmental space where mental health can be discussed
  openly. Mental health experiences exist on a wide spectrum\, and seeking 
 support is a sign of strength. The session will focus on education\, aware
 ness\, and practical resources while encouraging empathy\, understanding\,
  and community connection.</p>\n<p>Please note that sensitive topics relat
 ed to mental health will be discussed. Attendees are encouraged to partici
 pate at their own comfort level\, and sharing personal experiences is alwa
