 between the ages of 12-18</li>\n<li>Must have a valid&nbsp\;<a href="https
 ://www.provolibrary.gov/getalibrarycard" target="_blank" rel="noopener" ti
 tle="Get a Provo City Library card">Provo City Library card</a>&nbsp\;(or 
 parent/guardian with a valid card)</li>\n<li>Only one entry per person</li
 >\n</ul>\n<p>CONTEST PERIOD</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submissions accepted from June 
 1\, 2026 through July 19\, 2026</li>\n<li>Awards ceremony and film viewing
  party at 7:00 PM on Thursday\, July 30\, 2026</li>\n</ul>\n<p>SUBMISSION 
 REQUIREMENTS</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create your original short film with the theme
  of &ldquo\;Unearth a Story&rdquo\;</li>\n<li>Film should be 1-5 minutes l
 ong</li>\n<li>Film should be suitable for audiences of all ages</li>\n<li>
 All music and images must have permission from the creator or be in the pu
 blic domain</li>\n<li>Upload your film to YouTube (must be viewable during
  the judging period and the awards screening)</li>\n<li>Complete the&nbsp\
 ;<a href="https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/MR80kJHGK1" target="_blank" rel=
 "noopener" title="online submission form">online submission form</a></li>\
 n</ul>\n<p>FILMING AT THE LIBRARY</p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you choose to film at 
 the Provo City Library (outside of the&nbsp\;<a href="https://www.provolib
 rary.org/basementcreativelab" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="Use th
 e Basement Creative Lab">Basement Creative Lab</a>)\, check in with the re
 ference desk before you begin</li>\n<li>Large equipment setup is not permi
 tted\, filming must not impede patron access</li>\n<li>Be courteous of pat
 rons using the Library</li>\n<li>Strive to only film those in your party</
 li>\n</ul>\n<p>JUDGING</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Films will be judged by Provo City L
 ibrary staff</li>\n<li>Judges will consider the following criteria:\n<ul>\
 n<li>Theme incorporation</li>\n<li>Film editing</li>\n<li>Production desig
 n</li>\n<li>Sound mixing</li>\n<li>Writing</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>&ldquo\
 ;Viewer&rsquo\;s Choice Award&rdquo\; will be voted on by the audience at 
 the viewing party on July 30\, 2026\, located in the Shaw Programming Room
 \, #260</li>\n</ul>\n<p>AWARDS</p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st place: $100 Amazon gift 
 card</li>\n<li>2nd place: $50 Amazon gift card</li>\n<li>3rd place: $25 Am
