  American food writer\, is still mourning the death of her husband when sh
 e gets the shocking news that a paternity claim has been filed in China ag
 ainst his estate. Was it possible that he had fathered the now five-year-o
 ld girl while working in his law firm's Beijing office? When she's assigne
 d to go to China to interview a half American\, half Chinese chef\, she de
 cides to personally investigate the claim against her husband\, with an un
