 out a cookbook to find a recipe with one or more seasonal ingredients. To

 mission and bring it in to share with others.&nbsp\; This group discussion
  will be on the flavours and textures of the food\, the availability of th
 e ingredients along with any knowledge you have picked up while cooking.&n
 bsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Please bring in your own cutlery and plate for this p
 rogram.&nbsp\; Cups will be provided.&nbsp\; Please also bring in your own
