 /p>\n<p>Bone Builders offers exercise classes for individuals aged 55 and 
 over. Classes are held twice a week.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>These classes are desi
 gned to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase muscular strength and bone density</li>\n
 <li>Improve balance</li>\n<li>Enhance energy and well-being</li>\n</ul>\n<
 p>Participants will use ankle and hand weights and engage in warm-up\, coo
 l-down\, balance\, and postural exercises.</p>\n<p><span style="color: #ff
 0000\;"><strong>REGISTRATION RULES:</strong></span></p>\n<ul style="list-s
 tyle-type: square\;">\n<li><span style="box-sizing: border-box\; margin: 0
 px\; padding: 0px\;">When you enroll\, you sign up for&nbsp\;<strong>all</
 strong>&nbsp\;classes in this 3-month session. This session starts on<stro
 ng>&nbsp\;June 18 and ends on August 20\, 2026</strong>.</span></li>\n<li>
 Classes take place at Olney Library in the large meeting room at 11:30 am 
 and 12:30 pm on Mondays and Thursdays.</li>\n<li><span style="color: #0000
 00\;">Bone Builders has a strict attendance policy. To keep your spot in t
 he program\, you must attend classes twice a week.</span></li>\n<li>If you
  miss two classes without showing up or calling\, you will be dropped from
  the program.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>If you miss more than 4 classes during the 
 session for any reason\, you will be dropped from the program.</li>\n<li><
 span style="color: #000000\;">Participants are encouraged to bring hand we
 ights and ankle weights.</span></li>\n<li><span style="color: #000000\;">T
 his program is for adults 55 and older.</span></li>\n<li><span style="colo
 r: #000000\;">Participants must be residents of Montgomery County.</span><
