The Mirror Me program is designed to help girls develop a strong sense of identity\, build confidence\, and understa nd their personal values. Through guided discussion\, hands-on activities\ , and reflective exercises\, participants are introduced to age-appropriat e concepts such as self-image\, core values\, positive self-talk\, and emo tional awareness. The program creates a safe and supportive environment wh ere girls are encouraged to express themselves\, build self-confidence\, a nd develop tools they can use in everyday life. \;
\nEach sessio n is thoughtfully structured to include a teaching component\, an interact ive activity\, and a reflective moment that reinforces learning in a fun a nd engaging way. The workshop will be approximately 4 hours\, with a light lunch/snack break. It is free and open to the public.
