 tion must be completed two hours prior to the start time. A library card a
 nd PIN are required for registration. If you do not already have one\, <a

 y for a library card online</a>.</p>\n<p>All registered seats will be forf
 eited&nbsp\;5 minutes before the program start time&nbsp\;and made availab
 le to waitlisted and walk-in attendees. Registered attendees arriving afte
 r this time will be seated if seats are available.</p>\n<p>Pursuant to the
