 fy\;">Arielle Hayat is an herbalist\, educator\, and astrologer with over 
 a decade of experience helping people reconnect to healing through plant m
 edicine\, ritual\, and embodied self-care.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p style="text-alig
 n: justify\;">Arielle was trained at the Arbor Vitae School of Traditional
  Western Herbalism\, where she completed 3 years of study and a full year 
 of clinical practice. She deepened her training through a 2.5-year\, 1000-
 hour apprenticeship at Flower Power Herbs and Roots in NYC\, where she con
 tinued working for an additional eight years\, rooted in the Wise Woman Tr
 adition. For the past decade\, she has supported clients through a private
  practice focused on digestion\, stress\, immunity\, and long-term health 
 challenges. She is currently a master&rsquo\;s candidate in Chinese Orient
 al Medicine\, Herbs\, and Acupuncture and is deeply deeply passionate abou
 t Gong Fu Cha and the art of Chinese Tea\, honoring tea as both medicine a
 nd a pathway to presence\, connection\, and sensory awareness.</p>\n<p sty
