 ing\, and painting neo-expressionist Jean-Michel Basquiat and dabble with 
 an oil pastels activity.</p>\n<p><em><strong>Registration begins June 15 f
 or June 22's program. Participants must be ages 7&ndash\;11. To ensure suc
 cessful signup\, each child needs to be registered separately\, using the 
 child's first and last name on the registration form. A library card numbe
 r is not required.&nbsp\;</strong></em>Children in grade 5 and below must 
 have a caregiver on library premises during the program.</p>\n<p>No younge
 r siblings may attend this program\; however\, we do offer <span style="te
 xt-decoration: underline\;"><a href="https://carmelclaylibrary.org/events?
 n=3&amp\;term=Dabble+Jr&amp\;r=months">a separate Dabble Jr. program</a></
 span> designed specially for children ages 4&ndash\;6.</p>\n<p>Please enjo
