 es 4&ndash\;6. To ensure successful signup\, each child needs to be regist
 ered separately\, using the child's first and last name on the registratio
 n form. A library card number is not required.&nbsp\;</strong></em>Childre
 n in grade 5 and below must have a caregiver on library premises during th
 e program.</p>\n<p>No younger or older siblings may attend this program\; 
 however\, we do offer <span style="text-decoration: underline\;"><a href="

  separate&nbsp\;Dabble&nbsp\;program</a></span> designed specially for chi
