Take some inte ntional "me time" and join us for a relaxing evening designed to help you slow down and build the habit of making time for yourself (and maybe even reading more) this summer! We'll meet in the Auditorium for a short icebre aker\, and then go on a light walk together to Waterloo Park. Once there\, participants will be guided through two simple grounding techniques to he lp you feel present and centered. \;
\nThe rest of the program i s yours to enjoy: find a quiet spot\, lay out your blanket\, and spend an hour reading and relaxing. You&rsquo\;re welcome to bring dinner if it fit s your schedule&mdash\;light snacks will be provided. We'll walk back toge ther before 8pm\, however participants can leave at their own pace.
