 s Saskatchewan Poet Laureate\, an editor and essayist. In addition to six 
 poetry collections\, his new nonfiction book\, Standstill: A Hopewell Eart
 hworks Daybook and Other Essays (Long Road Press 2024)\, asks how we can r
 espond authentically to these ancient Indigenous places. His characters &l
 squo\;live in the world&rsquo\; and speak with what the Winnipeg Free Pres
 s called &ldquo\;a tour de force of voice.&rdquo\;</p>\n<p><img src="https

 nbsp\;a Saskatchewan poet\, editor\, and reviewer. gillian harding-russell
  has published five collections of poetry and eight chapbooks. Poems are f
 orthcoming in The Malahat\, Queen&rsquo\;s Quarterly\, Transition\, and a 
 new chapbook\, A Handle on Things\, will be released by The Alfred Gustav

 d Journal\, MANTIS and Fieldstone Review and the anthologies I&rsquo\;ll G
 et Right on It and Sublime. She shares her life with her husband\, two son

 bsp\;<strong>Ev Bishop</strong>&nbsp\;is the 2026 RPL Writer in Residence.
