\nLearning Outcomes:&nbs p\;Participants will learn basic pickle-making techniques\, inclu ding ingredient preparation\, brining\, seasoning\, and safe storage. They will gain confidence in creating simple recipes they can recreate at home . Participants will also explore the cultural connection between food\, tr adition\, and sharing.

\nP resenter Information: \;Fidaa Almughrabi \;was born in Lebanon and raised by Palestinian parents. She complete d her college education in Texas before moving to Canada in 2005. \; S he currently resides in Regina and works with the Regina Community Clinic. She loves cooking and is excited to share her cooking stories with the Re gina community.
