  Professional. She also holds a Level 3 certificate in Wine from the Wine 
 and Spirits Education Trust and is seeking a credential in Sake. Today\, t
 here are just over 1\,000 people who hold the CCP credential\, issued by t
 he American Cheese Society. You must have at least 4\,000 hours of experie
 nce in the industry in order to sit for this exam. You may recognize Teri 
 from her years working at the Market of Choice Specialty Cheese counter. S
 he also works independently as a cheese educator and consultant\, &ldquo\;
 spreading the good word about artisan cheeses&rdquo\; in Bend and beyond.&
