 ave exhibits that rotate regularly in our galleries on the first\, second\
 , and third floors\, featuring works by local students and professional ar
 tists.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Street parking downtown is free on weekdays starting
  at 6 pm.</p>\n<p>Registration is strongly recommended and should be compl
 eted 2 hours prior to the start time\, but walk-ins are welcome if space i
 s available. If you do not have a library card\, click <a href="https://ja
