Discover the j oy of observing the natural world through nature journaling. In this begin ner‑friendly program\, you&rsquo\;ll learn how to combine simple wr iting\, sketching\, and close observation to create a personal and meaning ful record of what you see outdoors.
\nSpending time in nature can h elp reduce stress and support overall wellbeing\, and journaling is a grea t way to deepen your attention\, memory\, and connection to the environmen t around you.
\nThis program will take place outdoors if weather per mits\, but will move indoors with nature‑inspired materials if need ed. All materials are provided - no art or writing experience required.
\nParticipants will meet in the Beaupre Room (please ask staff for directions when you arrive).
