 an introductory class geared toward adults. No sewing experience is necess
 ary\, and imperfection and experimentation are encouraged. The intention i
 s to create a cozy space\, moving at a human pace. Mending is an empowerin
 g\, mindful\, and joyful life-long skill.</p>\n<p><strong>What to bring:&n
 bsp\;</strong>A textile item (clothing\, blanket\, bag\, etc) that you wou
 ld like to creatively repair. Anything with rips\, holes\, stains\, etc. F
 eel free to bring a few options\, if you'd like. If you don't have a&nbsp\
 ;mending&nbsp\;pile\, you can also bring in any garment you may want to ad
 d some pizzazz to.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>Optional to bring:&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
 </strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pen and paper for taking notes.</li>\n<li>Fabric 
 for patches. Materials will be provided\, but you're invited to bring in a
 ny extra fabrics to incorporate with your&nbsp\;mending&nbsp\;or to share 
 with the group\, such as fabric scraps\, old rags\, lonely socks\, etc. th
 at you have lying around. This could be a great space to find them a&nbsp\
 ;home.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>If you have your own basic sewing items (fabric sc
 issors\, needles\, pins)\, feel free to bring them.</li>\n<li>Headphones i
