 egislative candidates\, community organizations\, local media\, and reside
 nts to discuss issues affecting the Spokane region ahead of the August pri
 mary election.</p>\n<p>Candidates running for Congressional District 5 and
  Legislative Districts 3\, 4\, and 6 have been invited to participate. Unl
 ike many traditional candidate forums\, the People's Town Hall features qu
 estions submitted by community organizations and residents\, helping ensur
 e the discussion reflects issues that matter most to the community.</p>\n<
 p>The event will also feature live music by When She Dreams beginning at 1
 2:00 PM\, a live broadcast by KYRS Community Radio\, ASL interpretation\, 
 childcare\, food provided by Lilac Mutual Aid\, and a donation drive suppo
 rting Lilac Mutual Aid's ongoing work serving Spokane community members ex
 periencing housing insecurity.</p>\n<p>Hosted by Spokane People's Calendar
  in partnership with Spokane Public Library\, KYRS Community Radio\, and o
 ther local organizations\, the People's Town Hall is designed to encourage
  informed civic engagement and meaningful community dialogue ahead of the 
 election.</p>\n<p>By attending library programs\, you are agreeing to pote
