 DVAP (Melanated Deaf Visual Artists Project). His work centers Deaf cultur
 e\, Black American Sign Language (BASL)\, Protactile\, accessibility\, sto
 rytelling\, and community engagement through arts and education. Based in 
 Arizona\, Earl collaborates with community organizations\, libraries\, art
 ists\, and institutions to create inclusive Deaf-centered spaces that upli
 ft marginalized voices and strengthen cultural visibility across the state
