 aphic novel storytelling: narration\, dialogue\, character design\, dynami
 c page layouts and cinematic techniques\, participants will create their o
 wn graphic novel page. Refine rough pencil drawings into finished art with
  pen and ink and watercolor pencils.&nbsp\; Each student will create a pag
 e that will be displayed at the library.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Registration for a
 nd attendance at all 5 sessions are required. Space is limited. Art suppli
 es will be provided.</p>\n<p>This program is supported in part by funding 
 from an Arts in Education Grant from the <a href="https://msac.org/">Maryl

 CPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults att
