Led by \;Amber's Expressions\, in coll aboration with \;Dope Focus\, th is immersive workshop invites teens to explore the connection between emot ion\, self-care\, and creativity through expressive painting. Participants will learn how to channel internal emotions onto canvas using color\, mov ement\, texture\, and intuition &mdash\; transforming feelings into powerf ul works of art. As part of the Self-Care Series\, this experience is desi gned to create a safe and inspiring space where emotions become art\, heal ing meets creativity\, and self-expression takes center stage. No painting experience is necessary &mdash\; just an open mind and a willingness to c reate freely.
