The Central Oregon Spinners &\; Weavers Rigid Heddle Study Group will provide a demonstration on how to weave on a rigid heddle loom and talk about the joys of weaving. Cardboard "looms" will be available for children and adults to try their hand at weaving a s mall bookmark or wall hanging.

Central Oregon Spinners &\; Weav ers Guild fosters the arts of weaving and spinning to stimulate further in terest in the crafts for those already engaged in them and to stimulate in terest in the crafts for others. Members have created study groups for spi nning\, weaving\, rigid heddle\, knitting/social\, independent study\, and tatting.

The Guild endeavors to educate the public through displa ys\, hands-on demonstrations\, gallery exhibits\, sales\, and hosting pres entations and workshops.
