The LGBTQIA+ Book Fair celebrates queer li terature in all its richness\, offering a curated selection of books for c hildren\, teens\, and adults. Visitors can browse stories that explore ide ntity\, history\, resilience\, and joy\, written by both emerging and esta blished LGBTQIA+ authors. The fair highlights a broad array of genres&mdas h\;graphic novels\, memoirs\, fiction\, poetry\, picture books\, and more& mdash\;ensuring that readers of all interests and backgrounds can discover something that resonates with them. Staff and volunteers are available to recommend titles\, answer questions\, and help community members connect with books that reflect their personal experiences or expand their underst anding of others. This will feature two independent bookstores The Paper Heart Bookstore\, and Little District Books. There w ill also be three guest authors selling and signing their books! \;

\nLibrary Program Attendance (both virtual and in the br anch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the pro gram. Children attending a MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompa nied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must ha ve an accompanying child.
