 <p>Join <a href="https://cedarspoon.ca/about-us" target="_blank" rel="noop
 ener">Chef Destiny Moser</a> of FoodZen and Cedar Spoon for an engaging an
 d meaningful culinary workshop exploring Indigenous ingredients of Canada.
  Participants will enjoy a delicious bowl of Three Sisters Soup alongside 
 a side of Wild Rice Salad while learning about the cultural and historical
  significance of these foods.</p>\n<p>Along the way\, you&rsquo\;ll explor
 e topics such as the Three Sisters growing tradition\, food sovereignty\, 
 the impact of settler colonialism on Indigenous food systems\, and approac
 hes to healthy eating and reducing food waste.</p>\n<p>Each participant wi
 ll receive a recipe card to take home\, so you can recreate these dishes a
 nd continue the learning experience in your own kitchen.</p>\n<h4>About Ch
 ef Destiny Moser</h4>\n<p>Chef Destiny Moser is the Founder and Executive 
 Chef of FoodZen\, a personal chef and prepared meal company based in Water
 loo Region\, Ontario. Through FoodZen\, she supports busy families\, profe
 ssionals\, and seniors with locally sourced\, whole-food meals rooted in s
 easonality and craft.</p>\n<p>An Indigenous chef\, part of the Rainy River
  nation in Ontario\, Destiny&rsquo\;s culinary philosophy is grounded in h
 yper-local\, farm-to-table cooking and a deep respect for the land. Her wo
 rk prioritizes regional producers\, minimally processed ingredients\, and 
 food systems that nourish both people and community.</p>\n<p>In addition t
 o FoodZen\, she is the Founder and Executive Chef of Cedar Spoon\, created
  in partnership with Bingemans\, an Indigenous catering and culinary educa
 tion initiative dedicated to sharing the traditional foods of Canada and f
 ostering dialogue around food sovereignty and reconciliation.</p>\n<p>Chef
  Destiny believes food is both skill and stewardship\,&nbsp\;a way to hono
 ur culture\, elevate Canadian ingredients\, and strengthen the culinary pr
