 ud\, with practical guidance on voice\, themes\, pacing\, and interactive 
 elements.</p>\n<p>Through examples from today&rsquo\;s market and interact
 ive exercises\, you&rsquo\;ll discover how to create books that resonate a
 cross audiences\, reflect current reading trends\, and leave a lasting imp
 ression for families\, publishers\, and young readers alike.</p>\n<p><em>T
 his workshop is available for up to 20 people aged 18+ with some backgroun
 d in writing preferred but not essential. The workshop runs for four hours
  with breaks included. Tea and coffee will be provided\, please bring wate

 /em></p>\n<p><strong>Emily Baulch</strong> is a children&rsquo\;s author\,
  editor\, and publishing professional with extensive experience across cre
 ative and industry roles. She managed the global publishing program for <e
 m>Bluey</em> at Ludo Studio\, where she authored and edited multiple top 1
 0 titles\, including the New York Times bestselling <em>Bartlebee&rsquo\;s
  First Christmas</em>. She continues to freelance with Penguin Random Hous
 e in the UK and US\, contributing to both editorial and author-led project
 s. She is currently a McKenzie Fellow at the University of Melbourne where
  she studies children's literacy and children's media trends.</p>\n<p>Emil
 y holds a PhD in publishing and cultural studies (University of Queensland
 ) and has taught university courses in publishing\, editing\, and authorsh
 ip. She has also studied copyright law at Harvard University and publishin
 g at Oxford University\, combining research-led insight with practical ind
