 >Mah-Jongg is a game of skill\, strategy\, calculation\, and a little bit 
 of luck! <strong>Players who already know how to play are welcome to join 
 our weekly drop-in sessions&mdash\;no registration is required.</strong></
 p>\n<p>If you're interested in learning\, we will periodically offer a lim
 ited number of beginner spots. <strong>Beginners must register in advance 
 and attend the first three Thursday sessions of the series</strong>\, wher
 e you'll learn the game through guided instruction. After completing all t
 hree sessions\, you'll be ready to join the regular Mah-Jongg games and ca
 n return to play during any future drop-in session.</p>\n<p>Beginner space
  is limited\, and registration is required when a beginner series is offer
 ed. August beginner sessions start on August 6 and the other two sessions 
 are the 13th and 20th. Beginners should stop at the Library service desk f
 or check in.</p>\n<hr />\n<p>We welcome persons with disabilities to parti

 ite. Parking entrance is behind the Fire Station and Library buildings on 
 Sunset Ave. Visitors receive 3-hour free parking and 15 minutes drop off p
 arking is available in front of the Library. Accessible parking and wheelc
