 t &ldquo\;<em>Pixels for the Soul</em>&rdquo\; explores how digital tools 
 can hold the same<br />tenderness\, emotion\, and presence as traditional 
 media. Although this exhibition focuses on digital work\, it is part of a 
 broader exploration of<br />techniques rooted in my primary practice of oi
 l painting and my love for mixed media. Digital painting becomes another e
 xtension of that language\,<br />another way to layer texture\, light\, an
 d feeling.<br />&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><strong>Artist Statement:</strong></p>\n<p
  style="text-align: left\;">I approach technology as I would a pencil or b
 rush. Working in Procreate\, I sketch\, build form\, and develop depth thr
 ough slow\, intentional gestures.<br />The medium changes\, but the discip
 line and intimacy of drawing remain the same. Digital work does not replac
 e my traditional methods\; it expands<br />them. A meaningful piece in thi
 s exhibition\, Portrait of My Dad\, reflects this connection between techn
 ique and emotion. Created with the same<br />sensitivity I bring to my oil
  portraits\, it received an Honorable Mention in Spain and stands here as 
 a tribute to memory\, love\, and the people who<br />shape us. The works i
 n this series explore digital comfort&mdash\;the warmth found in simple\, 
 everyday moments: a bowl of soup\, a street in Chinatown\, a<br />remember
 ed place\, an animal moving in quiet rhythm. These scenes invite stillness
  without emptiness\, solitude without loneliness.<br />In a fast-paced wor
 ld\, Pixels for the Soul pauses to honor the small visuals that nourish us
 . Through digital painting\, I reflect on how ordinary<br />experiences ca
 n hold extraordinary joy\, reminding us that comfort and humanity can exis

 le="text-align: left\;">Elsa Zarduz is a multidisciplinary visual artist a
 nd educator whose creative practice spans more than two<br />decades of co
 ntinuous exploration\, teaching\, and artistic production.<br />With exten
 sive experience in museology\, cinematography\, photography\, and televisi
 on production\, she brings a rich and diverse<br />perspective to her work
 . Her art has been exhibited in renowned galleries and cultural spaces acr
 oss Mexico City\, New York City\,<br />Miami\, and Spain\, reflecting her 
 international presence and artistic versatility.<br />Guided by a deep pas
 sion for life and the transformative power of visual expression\, Elsa is 
 committed to helping others unlock their<br />creative potential. As a Vis
 ual Arts Instructor at Sagemont Preparatory School\, she empowers students
  to develop strong artistic foundations\,<br />refine their technical skil
 ls and discover their own expressive voices. Elsa holds a master&rsquo\;s 
 degree in art and design from ESD\, Barcelona<br />University\, and a bach
 elor&rsquo\;s degree in Graphic Communication from FAD\, UNAM in Mexico Ci
 ty. She further expanded her artistic training<br />in sculpture and paint
 ing at the Art Students League of New York and Parsons School of Design.</
