Intended for pre-school-aged children and their grown-up\, participants in this program will read It's OK: Being Kind to Yourself When Things Feel Hard by Wendy O'Leary and learn th at everyone makes mistakes and experiences difficult feelings. Through dis cussion and artmaking\, participants will create a handheld affirmation mi rror filled with encouraging words and reminders to treat themselves with kindness.

This program is being led by a Licensed Mental Health Co unselor Associate from Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana.
