  Freeman. Participants will be joined by senior volunteers from the JCA He
 yman Interages Center\, bringing together readers of a wide age range to d
 evelop book evaluation and discussion skills. <strong>Attendance at all 4 
 sessions plus completion and presentation of a Reflection project will ear
 n students 8 SSL hours.</strong>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><i>Alone </i>is a gripping
  novel-in-verse perfect for fans of <em>Hatchet</em> and the <em>I Survive
 d</em> series about the aftermath of a mysterious overnight evacuation of 
 everyone in town except twelve-year-old Maddie. Left alone in a world with
 out electricity or the internet\, with just a dog named George and as many
  books as she can read\, the book begins 3 years into her lonely struggle 
 to survive this upside world and the loneliness and sheer fear it brings.<
 /p>\n<p>Registration is required and is limited to 12 participants\, <stro
