 12 years old</strong></em>&nbsp\;who have some ability to read aloud on th
 eir own.</p>\n<p>Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branc
 h) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the progra
 m. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompani
 ed by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have
