\nTrae Norton began working \;RMP Law \;in 2015\,
joined as an associate attorney in 2016\, and was named a partner in 2021.

A native Arkansan\, Trae earned his undergraduate degree in Cri
minal Justice\, Cum Laude\, from the University of Arkansas &ndash\; Fort
Smith in 2011 and his Juris Doctorate\, Cum Laude\, from the University of
Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2015. Prior to joining RMP\, Trae worked as a
n attorney in Fayetteville and for the Arkansas Department of Human Servic
es (&ldquo\;DHS&rdquo\;) in Boone\, Baxter\, Marion\, and Newton Counties
where he represented DHS in child welfare and adult protective services ma
tters.
