DESCRIPTION:The Teen Library Ambassador program (TLA) is a group of up to 
 24 students in grades 6 - 12. They will work to provide feedback on teen l
 ibrary services and complete volunteer tasks..\nhttps://collierville.libne

  based on their application which should demonstrate a desire to promote r

 to attend meetings on a regular basis. Teen Library Ambassadors will not b
 e selected on a first-come first-served basis. Rather\, library staff will
  assess each application and make a decision based on each teen's response
 s.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teen Library Ambassadors should hold a Lucius E. &amp\; 
 Elsie C. Burch Jr. Library card.</li>\n<li>Ambassadors should be able to a
 ttend monthly meetings from September to December 2026. Fall semester meet
 ings will be held from 5:30 - 7 p.m. on the following dates:\n<ul>\n<li>Th
 ursday\, September 3</li>\n<li>Thursday\, October 1</li>\n<li>Thursday\, N
 ovember 12</li>\n<li>Thursday\, December 3</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Members
  who have two unexcused absences in a semester are no longer eligible for 
 the Ambassador Program that school year.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The application f
 or this fall's Teen Library Ambassador Program will open on Monday\, July 
 20\, 2026\, and close at the end of the day on Monday\, August 17\, 2026. 
 This will give the library time to assess applications\, notify selected t
 eens\, and communicate information about the first Ambassador meeting. If
