Students will learn how drawings create th e illusion of movement through sequencing\, timing\, and simple frame-by-f rame techniques. Beginning with basic exercises\, students quickly move in to creating short\, original animations. The structure allows beginners to jump in with confidence\, while more advanced students can expand into mo re detailed motion\, character action\, and storytelling.

Students will need to bring an iPad or a touchscreen tablet. Devices with a stylus are strongly recommended for the best drawing experience. \;

The focus is on understanding how animation works at a fu ndamental level\, giving students practical skills they can continue to bu ild on.
