 sday of the month at the Main Library.</p>\n<p>A Notary Public is an indiv
 idual\, appointed by state government\, to serve the public as an impartia
 l witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related
  to the signing of important documents.</p>\n<p>All documents must be read
 y for notarization prior to meeting with the Notary.</p>\n<p>You must be e
 asily identified by the Notary Public through satisfactory evidence of ide
 ntity. This form of proper identification must not be expired. Proper form
 s of identification include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>State ID or Driver&rsquo\;s Li
 cense</li>\n<li>U.S. Passport</li>\n<li>U.S. Military Card</li>\n<li>Forei
 gn Passport\, validated by INS</li>\n<li>Driver&rsquo\;s License issued in
  Mexico or Canada</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you do not have a means of proper ide
 ntification\, the Notary cannot witness your documents. If your proper ide
 ntification is expired\, the Notary cannot witness your documents. The doc
 ument must be signed in front of the Notary. The Notary cannot witness you
 r document if it is not signed in front of the Notary.</p>\n<p>If you do N
 OT have identification\, you may bring a Credible Witness known to the Not
 ary who will vouch for you. If the Credible Witness is not known to the No
 tary\, you require two Witnesses\, and each must provide a form of proper 
 identification. Credible witnesses cannot have a financial stake in the do
 cument you want notarized.</p>\n<p>The Notary Public at the Worcester Publ
 ic Library cannot notarize anything to do with real estate or requiring le
 gal counsel. The Notary cannot provide legal counsel. The Notary is not bi
