 /p>\n<p><br />*While this program refers to &ldquo\;breastfeeding&rdquo\; 
 and &ldquo\;mothers&rdquo\;\, it is intended to be inclusive to all famili
 es and parents\, including those who identify as the birthing parent and p
 refer to use the term chestfeeding to describe feeding their baby from the
 ir breasts/chest.</p>\n<p><br />Legal protections exist to help parents ma
 intain milk supply while away from their children\, but not enough workers
  understand their rights or where to go when those rights are violated. (A

 Certified Lactation Consultant\, the highest credential available to lacta
 tion. Stephanie left her 15 year career in technology in 2019 to pursue a
