 groundbreaking legal proceeding against the Canadian government and Rio Ti
 nto Alcan that lasted over a decade&mdash\;a battle that continues today.<
 /p>\n<p>After seven decades of resistance\, two Indigenous Nations reach a
  turning point in their historic legal fight to reclaim the Nechako River
